80th birthday

■ Manenberg resident Jasmina Meyer celebrated her 80th birthday on Saturday February 4. Surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is the eldest of seven children, of which only three are still alive. Her husband, Ebrahim, died three years ago. Ms Meyer is pictured with her grandchildren.
