Drugs found

Lansdowne police arrested two men aged 44 and 50 for the possession of drugs on Monday October 30. Officers were patrolling the Flamingo informal settlement in Lansdowne at 6.40am when they noticed a black VW Jetta driving into the camp. According to Lansdowne police spokesman, Sergeant Nkululeko Mnyaka, the driver tried to reverse when he saw the officers, but they stopped the car and searched it. They found 58 grams of tik on the driver and R8 100 cash on the passenger. Lansdowne police arrested two men for the possession of tik.
