There will be power outages in Bonteheuwel from Tuesday October 22 to Thursday October 31 for municipal maintenance work, says the City.
The power could be restored any time during this period and residents should treat all electrical outlets as live and switch off appliances to avoid damage from power surges when the power comes back on, said the City.
Affected roads include Prunus, Redburry, Rooihoutweg and Kiaatweg on Tuesday October 22; Loganberry, Melkhout, Lepelhout and Nerina on Thursday October 24; Saffraan, Sandalwood and Smalblaar on Tuesday October 29; and Mulberry, Lupin, Plumbago, Pampas, Juniper, and Jakkalsvleilaan on Thursday October 31.
