Redarding the gang violence, I am always very saddened when I hear of the innocent people being killed for no reason by these gangsters, and other innocents maimed for life. These gangsters have no understanding of the pain and suffering they deliberately cause through their madness.
But my biggest concern is who is supplying the ammunition?
We know that many firearms are stolen and many are even supplied by other gangsters but where does the ammunition come from.
Why do we not hear of that? Surely if the suppliers of ammunition can be identified and prosecuted and sentenced to lengthy jail terms then perhaps there should be a drop in the killings.
When these gangsters are arrested with the guns surely the police should be able to extract information of the suppliers of the ammunition.
I ask, can it be that some policemen are supplying them so we do not hear about that?
