One of a kind

Russian pianist Olga Kern will give one concert for the Cape Town Concert Series in collaboration with the SA College of Music on Monday March 18 at the Baxter Concert Hall, at 7.30pm. She will play a programme of Schumann’s Carnaval, Three Preludes by Gershwin, an Earl Wild transcription of Gershwin’s Fascinating Rhythm, three pieces by Rachmaninov op.16#4, op.10#3, op.3#4, Scriabin’s two etudes op.42 #4 & 5 and Islamey by Balakirev.
