I finally have good news. Telkom has sent me an SMS to say that migration charges have been credited and debit order cancelled.
Case no.19568661 @Telkom Mobile is resolved (“A game of broken telephone with telkom,” Off My Trolley, September 7) .
At least that is sorted. Once again thank you very much for all your help and patience.
Without you I think there would have been no headway with this almighty company.
* Mr Payne has been trying for months to get Telkom to cancel a debit order for a router which he never received.
I passed his complaint to Telkom who sorted it out. But there has been no response from Telkom’s media department about what went wrong – Brian Joss, Off My Trolley.
