Trio with soul

■ LA based jazz fusion group ​El Trio, featuring Joey Heredia, Marco Mendoza and Renato Neto, will perform on Friday February 24 and Saturday February 25 at Gate 69 Theatre, 87 Bree Street, at 7pm, as part of the Tribes’ Got Soul event. Other acts will include Brother Moves performing a set with jazz pianist and vocalist, Thandi Ntuli; soul and blues singer Sannie Fox, as well as psych rock violin player Hezron Chetty and French DJ Fred Spider with guest DJ Captain Science.​ Tickets cost R250.
