■ The National Cap factory had their internal Spring Queen competition on Friday August 25 at Bob’s Bar in District Six. From left, Akhona Nkanyuza of Khayelitsha took the second princess title, Lumaine Brown of Kalksteen was crowned queen, and Miche Isaacs of Manenberg won first princess in the junior section.
